This document sets out the full terms of the agreement between you and jlil1 governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, bonus conditions, and player responsibilities. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all jlil1 players. Below is a summary of the most important points — but reading the full document is strongly recommended.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlil1 ("jlil1," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlil1 platform, including its website at jlil1.org, all associated games, betting services, account functions, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account on the jlil1 Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the jlil1 Platform. This age requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jlil1. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jlil1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player shall be forfeited.
The jlil1 Platform is intended for use by eligible players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jlil1 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law. Players found to be accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction may have their accounts suspended and any balances forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jlil1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlil1 may close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
jlil1 requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID — and any additional documents jlil1 deems necessary to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlil1 account credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlil1 recommends selecting a strong, unique password not used for any other service.
All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person who has gained access to your credentials — is deemed to have been authorized by you and you are fully responsible for it. jlil1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jlil1 immediately by contacting player support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jlil1 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account.
You may request closure of your jlil1 account at any time by contacting player support. Any available balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to jlil1's standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
jlil1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; money laundering concerns; or any other situation where jlil1 reasonably determines that account closure is warranted.
jlil1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction. jlil1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. jlil1 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation. The minimum deposit amount at jlil1 is ₱100, subject to change.
Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawal requests are subject to jlil1's review process and standard processing times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically process within 15–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–3 hours, subject to banking system availability.
jlil1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violation, or where applicable regulatory requirements have not been satisfied.
All transactions on the jlil1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion costs associated with using a non-PHP payment instrument are the responsibility of the player.
Important: jlil1 does not permit money transfers between player accounts. The Platform may not be used as a payment processing service or for any purpose other than legitimate gaming. Any account found to be used for unauthorized fund transfers will be suspended and the balance forfeited.
From time to time, jlil1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and remain subject to forfeiture if the account is closed before the requirement is completed.
jlil1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or promotion where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. A determination of bonus abuse is at jlil1's sole discretion.
jlil1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not affect bonus funds already properly credited to a player's account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms at the time of crediting.
Each game available on the jlil1 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of matters specific to that game.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the jlil1 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be varied by jlil1 at any time without prior notice. jlil1 reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at any time.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, system failure, or any other technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, interrupted session, or erroneous pay-out, jlil1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed. jlil1 is not liable for any losses, including expected winnings, arising from a technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Sports betting markets at jlil1 — including boxing, PBA, NBA, UFC, and other events — are subject to jlil1's sports betting rules, which are available within the sports section of the Platform. jlil1 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with applicable sports betting rules and the outcome of official event results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlil1 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
jlil1 employs security monitoring, fraud detection, and game integrity systems to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to hold pending investigation without prior notice.

Players may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting jlil1 player support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be blocked and jlil1 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening new accounts on the Platform. All content on the jlil1 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and the compilation thereof — is the property of jlil1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jlil1's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of jlil1's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlil1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
jlil1's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jlil1 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jlil1's liability for death or personal injury caused by jlil1's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the jlil1 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. jlil1 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gaming on the Platform, and you accept that you participate at your own risk.
jlil1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jlil1.org/privacy-policy. By registering for and using the jlil1 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to jlil1's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlil1 implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute data security, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
jlil1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided to registered players through the Platform, by email to the registered address, or by posting a notice on the jlil1 homepage. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification or, absent a stated date, from the date of publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws relevant to jlil1's operations.
jlil1 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its player support team. In the event of a complaint, players should contact jlil1 support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, jlil1 will work with the player to identify an appropriate resolution mechanism.
